Located just outside of the ancient City of Ripon, the golf course offers a great day out in peaceful, rural surroundings. It is a delight for golfers of all abilities who can enjoy commanding views over the famous Cathedral, and the Hambleton Hills and North Yorkshire Moors to the east.
Just 5 minutes away from The Old Coach House the club is offering the following:
Sunday Driver. Play a full 18 holes on Sunday, stay at the Old Coach House on Sunday night, enjoy a hearty and delicious Wensleydalebreakfast on Monday morning then play another full 18 holes all for the price of just £99 per person.
We can arrange dinner bookings for you on Sunday evening at one of the many superb restaurants or pubs locally as well as taxis if you want to end your day with a glass or two of your favourite tipple with your meal and don’t want to drive. (NB. Evening meal/taxis are not included in the £99 rate).
Can’t make a weekend? How about a midweek golf break?
Ripon Golf Course are offering a reduction in green fees from £32 down to just £20 for a round of 18 holes played any time Sunday to Thursday for guests staying at the Old Coach House for one or more nights. You will also receive a 10% discount on your accommodation so some great savings to be had.

North Allerton & Thirsk Golf Club
This Par 72 course measures 6533 yards and is located in the stunning North Yorkshire countryside with a splendid backdrop of rolling hills on one side and lush vales on the other.
Guests staying at The Old Coach House can enjoy 18 holes of golf mid- week from April to end September for the price of £24 (normal price £32) or on a weekend for £30 (normally £38).
Winter golf (October through to the end of March) costs just £28 per person per round on a weekend or £20 per person per round mid week!
