Setting new standards
Oct 04, 2008The Old Coach House has just been awarded “Five Star Silver Award”. Having already received “Five Star” recognition in 2007 a recent visit by Quality in Tourism assessor Penny Sparnon proves that hard work, attention to detail and customer service does reap rewards.
Mark and Jackie the proprietors both believe that in this day and age the customer demands higher standards and quality in all areas and standing still is not an option if you want to continue to succeed in this business.
They were thrilled to have been awarded Silver.
